Hello, I'm glad you're here.

I'm Karin — a family business leader and ICF leadership coach. I work with business executives, professionals, creatives, and neurodivergent leaders as they navigate change, transitions,

leadership, team dynamics and normal life challenges. I am a confidential thought partner who helps them move forward on their goals with clarity and confidence.

ThirdPath Podcast May 2025

I joined this engaging panel discussion with ThirdPath Institute exploring how flexible work arrangements, hybrid models, and remote work are critical tools for supporting thriving businesses and families.

My Approach

My coaching is evidence-based, shame-free, and curiosity-driven.

Drawing from a diverse set of experiences, I like to integrate the traditional corporate ideas about coaching with assessments and multi-sensory tools (visual, physical, auditory) to help clients unlock insights that a conversation alone can't reach.

Who I Work With

I work with a wide range of people across various industries and I support all types of people, from next-generation business leaders to seasoned executives, MBA students, creative entrepreneurs, and more.

I specialize in supporting individuals at key inflection points - launching a career, stepping into leadership, retirement planning, navigating major changes, evolving a business, leaving a job to start a business, and more.

I also work closely with adults who live with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence. This is a space I understand both professionally and personally and where my Executuve Function coach training often comes into play.

Where I Work

Based near Philadelphia, I work with clients around the world, primarily through virtual sessions that integrate seamlessly into busy lives. In-person session availability will depend on proximity and scheduling.
